Ms. Eshghipour joined CIC in September 1997 and served in various sales positions of increasing responsibility through June 2000 when she was appointed the Manager of Investors Relations. Ms. Eshghipour was named Director of Investor Relations in April 2002 and promoted to her current position in March 2004.

Despite adverse market conditions over the last several years, she developed and implemented an effective two-way communication system between the Company, its shareholders and the general financial community. This includes mass communication campaigns directed at institutional investors and comprehensive individual attention aimed at creating a stable base of investors.
