Mr. Keiper joined CIC in December 2010. Mr. Keiper is Managing Partner of FirstGlobal Partners LLC, and has served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of numerous public and private companies. He has also served on the Boards of Directors of six U.S. public companies. He specializes in working with investors and Boards of Directors in resolving issues related to business continuity, performance and sustainable value creation.
