The SignatureOne Ceremony Server is a J2EE® server product that provides the capability to define and manage an electronic signature process within a Service Oriented Architecture to be implemented in an On-Premise Deployed Model or through a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.  This product enables the use of web services to facilitate end to end management of multi-party approvals of PDF documents.

Flexible Application Program Interfaces (APIs), web services, and a Package / XML generation utility enable virtually seamless integration with most ECM, ERP or other workflow systems for the automation of any signature based document process.

CIC products enable the complete electronic signature life cycle including the initial tagging of forms for signatures using developer tools, Adobe® Acrobat® Professional, or even Adobe LiveCycle® Designer®.  The SignatureOne Ceremony Server can also place signatures in real time based on basic location information if the output of the workflow system is a flat PDF.
