tracking and flexible XML schema enable virtually seamless integration with most
ECM, ERP or other workflow, content management, and storage / repository systems
for the automation of any signature based document process.
CIC products enable the complete electronic signature life cycle including the initial
tagging of forms for signatures using developer tools, Adobe® Acrobat®
Professional, or even Adobe LiveCycle® Designer®.
The SignatureOne Ceremony Server can also place signatures in real time based on
basic location information if the output of the workflow system is a flat PDF. Signature
structures are pre-defined for W3C compliant documents and Cat 1 SmartDocs when
using XHTML formats.
The Complete Electronic Signature Solution
- eSign Consents and Disclosures
To insure a fully enforceable electronically signed record it is critical that users
understand what they are doing and have agreed to an electronic process. This information
is explicitly captured and stored as part of the audit record and reproduced in
the event of a dispute.
- Document Presentment and eDelivery
Ensure against disputes about what information was presented or received. CIC leverages
that fixed format presentation of the PDF format and tracks the access and viewing
of documents by users to denote delivery.
- Multi-party Review and Signing Ceremonies
Control complex signing ceremonies for multiple documents and signatories including
dynamic process flow changes.
- Fully Configurable Branding
Designed with customer branding in mind. Virtually any web developer can modify
the look and feel to support process changes, textual updates, or graphics.
- Flexible Tracking and Reporting
Real time tracking and reporting of transaction status in an easy to use format.
- Extensive Audit Record for Maximum Evidentiary Value
Signature and audit information is imbedded in every document and additional audit
information is provided in simple XML format for flexible report generation.
- Multiple Signature Method Support for All Lines of Business
Handwritten signatures, fingerprint, click sign with Knowledge Based Authentication
(KBA) or CIC’s KnowledgeMatch™ technology, and voice methods are supported.
Leveraging CIC Sign-it® XF technology, additional signature methods
for stamping and password can be deployed.
