for authentication leveraging modern cryptography independently or in combination
with other methods for multi-factor authentication and approvals.
Dual factor authentication is needed where high risk and/or high dollar transactions
are executed. Programs like the Federal Personal Identification Verification Initiative
or DOD Common Access Card “CAC”.
