Unzip Instructions:

CIC bundled products such as JotComplete download as ZIP files (i.e. JotComplete.zip.)  You will need to unzip the file prior to installing the product(s) to your Palm organizer. 

PC Users

You will need a utility such as WinZip to expand the ZIP file.

• After you download the ZIP file, double-click on the file to launch WinZip. 
• From the list of files, double-click on the PRC (i.e. Jot.prc) file to begin the installation. 
• Refer to the application's help file for further installation instructions. 

Mac Users

After you download the zipped product file(s) from the ShopCIC website, select and highlight the file(s) that you want to expand.

• From the desktop, select the "Magic Menu" (square icon) on the top toolbar.
• Select expand.  The expanded product file(s) should be located in the same location as the original zipped file.
• Refer to the application's help file for further installation instructions.
